Clinical Supervision for Psychologists

I provide clinical supervision to provisional psychologists, clinical registrars, and registered psychologists seeking a reflective, supportive, and collaborative space to develop their practice.

My approach to supervision is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and evidence-based practice. Alongside developing clinical skills and confidence, I place a strong emphasis on helping clinicians understand their own responses within the therapeutic relationship, navigate uncertainty, and work effectively with complexity.

My therapeutic approach draws on EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and Compassion Focused Therapy.

Supervision can provide a space to explore case formulation, treatment planning, therapeutic impasses, ethical dilemmas, professional development, and the impact of clinical work on the therapist.

Whether you are early in your career or an experienced practitioner seeking consultation around complex presentations, my aim is to provide a steady, supportive environment that fosters both clinical growth and professional sustainability.
